Excellent!! review of Climate Doctors Climate Doctors is great! Everyone was very helpful from Kathy in the office who worked diligently to get me service even though Climate Doctors was swamped with work. She managed to get me service three days early. My technicians Omar Ramirez and Octavio Ramirez arrived early, were professional, worked quickly cleaning my roof top dryer vent and advised me that the cap on the roof would not open therefore the vent could not actually vent and would clog up again. They are scheduling a return work order to replace the cap. Awesome company and I have already provided Climate Doctors name and phone number to a friend. Thanks much! |

Major upgrade to make home more energy efficient Review of Install Crew These guys were very nice and so helpful. When they arrived I was having issues with the home alarm. I had just bought the house and had no ideal how to work it when it armed. They disconnected it do it would not go off. They also were very respectful of my home. It had been raining that day. Nice job, but floors were left filthy review of Climate Doctors All in all, Climate Doctors did a great job at cleaning what must have been extremely dirty/dusty vents! I don't think that they have ever been cleaned and the house was built in 1979. They were only there for a little over an hour and were very professional. I can already tell the difference in the quality of the air in the house. I slept better because I was able to actually breath last night. My only complaint would be that the floors and most other surfaces in the house were covered in dust/dirt. I would expect a little bit to escape, but it took my husband and I a few hours of cleaning to get all the dust off the floor and countertops. But all in all a great job and would call them again! |

They had vehicle problems so called to let me know their technicians would be coming in a personal vehicle rather than a company truck. I appreciated their courtesy in letting me know about that! Two technicians arrived and got right to work, cleaning out our lengthy dryer vent to the roof. They also vacuumed all around our washer and dryer, which is almost impossible to do without pulling the machines out. I am very pleased with the work they did, the speed with which it was done and their courtesy. I would definitely recommend Climate Doctors for dryer vent cleaning. |
